Update: Now Facebook Is Throwing Random “Cybersecurity” Alerts Too

The daily Facebook check-in just got even more confusing.

After logging in today, I was hit with a brand-new alert saying Facebook removed some content or messages under “Cybersecurity.”

That is now a completely different category being thrown into the mix.

The alert says:

“We removed some content or messages.”

Then it lists:

Cybersecurity — Post removedCybersecurity — Content removed

But when I click into it, no actual post comes up. I cannot see what content was removed. I cannot tell which post Facebook is talking about. I cannot see what rule was supposedly violated. And when I try to request a review, the review process glitches over and over again.

So now we are past the point of simple monetization confusion.

First it was monetization paused.

Then it was inauthentic engagement.

Then boosted reels started showing monetization warnings.

Then request review failed.

Now random cybersecurity removals are appearing with no clear post attached.

What is going on at Facebook?

How is a creator supposed to fix a problem when the platform will not show the actual problem?

If Facebook is going to accuse a Page of a cybersecurity issue, that should come with clear information. What post? What link? What message? What behavior? What rule? What exactly triggered the warning?

Instead, creators are getting vague alerts, broken review buttons, missing post details, and support systems that do not actually solve anything.

This is exactly why trust is breaking down.

Creators are not asking Facebook to ignore real violations. If there is a real cybersecurity issue, show it. Explain it. Let the creator fix it. Let the creator appeal it.

But do not throw a serious-sounding warning on a Page, hide the actual content, and then glitch out when the creator tries to request a review.

That is not enforcement.

That is chaos.
